National Solar Tour

Our residential project on Oak Beach, NY is discussed today in Newsday, as the residence has been chosen to be on the national solar tour. The house, which features 32 PV panels, has just received the highest Energy Star rating on Long Island, achieved through a combination of alternative energy systems.

Even with cost restrictions passive heating or cooling can be used. I'm waiting for Solar Decathlon here in DC...in october. nice time to visit DC if anyone is interested :)
