ok, I'm gonna take some new views with real materials. Betopan is some kind of Cement Board fabricated in Turkey. I've worked with it as Facade material in Chizar project.

would be better control the pedesterian views and make a realistic model.

sure. am still designin' in phase 1. but perhaps a combination of Betopan panels, Travertine stone, red brick ,as exterior & Travertine ,PVC tiles , Knauf panels , as interior.
