Ok. Agreed. It is tough to agree without a debate.
This is a very interesting discussion. There seem to be a lot of LEED APs in India now. I do not think IGBC is doing any exams, they are just registering and providing administrative guidance to LEED projects.

Retrofitting India's Central Business Districts (CBDs)
I might work on a paper - Retrofitting India's CBDs this year. Although my interests would be more on the cash flows evaluating the prospects of investment, I would definitely like an opinion of buddy architects and planners on the matter. I would also like to know about certain experiments which were probably done outside India in 70s or 80s.
