Hmm..Actually 4. subramanya Hande being one of them. here is the list of all LEED AP in India. http://www.igbc.in:9080/site/igbc/leedapmember.jsp?event=22869 but there is no link for the test on the website. Even there FAQ section doesn't work.
The LEED AP exams are yet to be started in India by IGBC.
The major difference between IGBC and USGBC is that unike the latter, IGBC focuses a lot on water conservation, apart from energy conservation. The rating system is more or less the same.
