thinking on studing Architecture.
and here the questions fall like rain...

In greece or abroad? - i love living aborad , maybe central europe or in Spain or portugal were mediterrenean lifestyle is there too.. ( overseas it would be too expensive for me..)
well , the matter of language comes once again , i speak english ( with some effort i can be better than that :D :D ) and some french ... i like german but i suppose it will take alot of time to learn the language..

So do u know anything about european universities and lifestyle? Any suggestions?

[ An other scheme is to go to greek university in the Department of Civil Engineering or the

Department of Renovation and Re-establishment of buildings for 5 years approximatelly and then sontinue to the second year of Architecture School. ( 5 years total ) . or to a postgraduate programme in Greece or abroad.. ]

any ideas???

I would like to start off by saying that you are at a great point in your life to be asking these questions-- wherever you wind up. On one hand, going abroad is a great opportunity you might not have again once you find yourself with a job and the responsibilities that come along with it. On the other hand, in terms of networking for future employment, you may want to think about where you'd meet the most people for your future goals. Ultimately, I don't think where you go is as important as what you take away from it and the work you put in down the road. What is your heart telling you?

that is a good question.. "my heart will go on " as Celine said ( in TItanic..that is not a good sign :D :D )
actually , i could easily say that im already late for doing these questions..since i m already at 30s( shhhh! dont say to others!)
and trying to get architecture in greece will take a decade...
on the other hand , i really like the idea of a new start abroad..where i could meet a totally different lifestyle and culture than the greek ones..i know that if i go out i ll propably stay there after getting a degree or diploma etc.

i start with both routes..i mean , i can read for the exams at june 2010 for the university entry , and meanwhile i can improve my language skills for the country i ll go , and i ll see at next summer which route it will be good for me..

because , sometimes , life changes the whole scenery and a plan B is always needed in these situations, right?
So, after clearing this very first step, i need to find which country and educational system suits me.. i know i could get the countries and look for their educational staff one by one on the internet , but i think meeting ppl who already studied the same field at the university / country im interested will be more helpfull, at this point.what do u think?
